Do you offer onboarding for new teams? +

Yes. Full Suite and Enterprise customers get a 30-minute kickoff call to walk through CSV import, compliance configuration, and first broadcast. Enterprise includes a dedicated implementation manager.

Can I migrate from another platform? +

Yes — CSV import works with exports from any CRM. Migration includes your suppression lists and prior STOP records, so nobody gets contacted who shouldn't be.

What support do customers get? +

Email + in-app chat on Call Only (next-business-day). Live chat + priority queue on Full Suite (under 2 hours). Dedicated CSM and Slack channel on Enterprise.

Are case studies real customers or composites? +

Featured cases are real customers under their own names, with permission. Aggregate stats are de-identified across the customer base.
