Synchronous suppression in the webhook handler — STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPT OUT, REMOVE ME all trigger immediate account-wide blocking. A confirmation reply goes out automatically.
Numbers are checked against a third-party DNC lookup service (Apeiron) with local caching. Each check is logged in the audit trail with timestamp, source, and result. Master suppression and STOP lists are checked first in the local database before any external lookup fires.
The current external interface is the REST API (read + write, JWT auth) and a custom outbound webhook that fires on block events. Native CRM connectors (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and SSO/SAML are on the roadmap — talk to sales if either is a buying requirement.
