This page exists because California and several other states require a clear statement about selling and sharing personal information. Ours is short: we do neither.

1Our position

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising — as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and by comparable laws in other states.

We have never done so. We do not operate an advertising business, we run no ad tech on this site or in the application, and we do not provide Customer Content to third parties for their own marketing. Your contact lists are yours.

2What we do share, and why

We disclose personal information to the vendors that deliver the Service — carriers, hosting, payment processing and so on — strictly to perform it on our instructions. Those are service providers under the CCPA, not buyers, and they are contractually barred from using the data for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of people using the platform.

3Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold, to request deletion or correction, to obtain a portable copy, and to be free from discrimination for exercising any of these.

Because there is no sale or sharing to opt out of, there is no opt-out to submit here. You can still exercise every other right — see Privacy Policy or write to privacy@fivrasms.com.

We honour Global Privacy Control signals. As we run no advertising trackers, a GPC signal results in no change to your experience, because there is nothing for it to switch off.

4If you received a message

If you are a message recipient rather than a customer, the business that contacted you controls that list; we process it for them. Reply STOP to stop the messages immediately, which also records a permanent suppression. If you do not know who contacted you, write to privacy@fivrasms.com with the number that contacted you and we will route your request.
